Other 'retail' units - gyms, day care nurseries, car washes, showrooms,etc.
Vacant or partly let office buildings.
Suitable for conversion to residential.
Building footprint of 3,500 – 10,000 sq ft with min. 3.5 m eaves high
Parking – min. 5 parking spaces
Preference for either prominent roadside locations or adjacent to other trade counter users
Houses & flats in need of refurbishment.
Existing HMOs or buildings suitable to convert to HMO use.
We will consider freehold or long leasehold.
We are interested in properties in any town in England and Wales, in any location, however not in rural locations.
We have strong relationships with property investors and developers who want to invest in commercial and residential property.
